The Depths of Neptune (Imperium #4)

The Tide Turns

Britannia is finally free from Carthaginian rule. Now it is up to Ky, a test pilot from the far future and current Consul of the new Britannic Empire, to take the fight to the Carthaginian Empire. The continent, with its vast resources and manpower, awaits. However, it takes more than new weapons to turn an ancient army based around heavy infantry into one out of the Napoleonic era.

New weapons, new tools and new tactics are ready to take Britannia into the industrial revolution, if only they can survive long enough to master them.
